Enjoying Opera.
In much the same way that I struggle to understand how some people can revel in the experience they get whilst enduring a live, loud opera, I have no idea how users of the Opera web browser could be so bold as to say it’s better than Firefox.I’ll give credit where it’s due: Yes, Opera 9 is faster than Firefox in respect to handling Javascript and general page-viewing. However, if the data wasn’t there to prove it, I just couldn’t believe it is true.Recently, Tyler let me know that he had tried out Opera for a brief time and wasn’t too pleased. I had a similar experience, but back in Opera 8.5. I had heard such great things about the 9th version, that I figured it would have been amazingly different.
